Great rough image made inside Conjure. But how do we refine it to look more realistic?

We took that image and sent it over to transform suite. Masked over the face. And did not change the prompt. Though prompting the change that you want to see is also a viable option.

The square brackets are for reducing the intensity of a word (s) in your prompt.) Then with one final inpaint, using the Photographic texture model at 43% percent, created this final result:

FIXING MASKED BLURRED AREAS
Notice around the left side of the shoe, the area is blurry and yellowish because the masked area didn't blend when this was generated.
Step 1: Upload image inside Transform and select inpaint, and mask brush.
Step 2: Mask over the areas that are still troublesome.
Step 3: Prompt "Blurry background" so it blends with the blurry background.
Steo 4: Select MJ XL or Photographic Texture & Faces Model.
Step 5: Set Transformation strength between 40-55%
Step 6: Select "InPaint" to generate new image.
Masked over the problem areas. Set transformation to 50%.
Result at 50% Transformation strength.
Result at 45% Transformation strength.
Repeat this process again and send to source window to refine any lingering trouble areas for one more pass of inpaint using the same steps as before:
